Pet Hotel Rules
Find out the admission rules that must be followed for the safety of all dogs and cats in our hotel.
Pet hotel rules for dogs
For the safety of all dogs that remain with us, we require the following:
Vaccinations
- All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. This includes infectious bronchitis (kennel cough), distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus and rabies.
- Documents proving this must be presented before or during check-in.
- Adult dogs which are missing vaccinations must have them done at least 7 days before checking in.
- Puppies must have completed all of their vaccinations at least 14 days before check-in. If you are not sure about the vaccination status of your dogs, please contact us or your veterinarian to find out.
Parasite treatment & Prevention
- All dogs must have been dewormed and treated for external parasites in the last 28 days before accommodation.
Accommodation requirements
- We only accept miniature, small and medium (<15 kg) breeds of dogs.
- All dogs must have their own leash and collar or harness.
- We do not accept dogs with aggressive behavior or working dogs which require extensive physical exercise.
- We take dogs of similar size and temperament together outside in our yard. If your dog prefers to be alone, please document this in our admission form.
- All dogs are given time outside in our yard for a period of at least 30 minutes twice a day.
- You can bring some of your dog’s favorite toys or personal belongings.
- We provide beds and mats for dogs to lie on, as well as air conditioning.
Food and diet
- You have to provide your own food or purchase it from our store.
- If your dog has a specific preference or follows a strict diet please provide us with enough food for their stay along with instructions on how much and when to feed them.
- Please inform us if your dog suffers from any food allergies.
Health Status
- You must inform us of any preexisting medical conditions and if you are currently giving any medication.
- If you require us to continue therapy, each medicine must be properly labeled and come with clear instructions on dosage and frequency of administration.
- Owners must provide contact details of their pet's veterinarian and an emergency contact number.

For the safety of all cats that remain with us, we require the following:
Vaccinations and deworming
- All cats must have up-to-date vaccinations. This includes feline calicivirus, panleukopenia and herpesvirus.
- Documents proving this must be presented before or during check-in.
- All cats must have been dewormed and treated for external parasites in the last 28 days before accommodation.
Accommodation requirements
- Cats must come in their own carrier, which is tagged with the owners’ name.
- You can bring some of your cats’ favorite toys or personal belongings.
- We provide beds and mats for cats to lie on, as well as air conditioning.

Full payment is required upon departure.
If you take your animal before noon that day, there is no charge.
If you can’t pick up your pet on his or her scheduled departure day, you should let us know to see if we have room to keep him or her longer.
If additional manipulations are required during the stay, they are charged extra.
